At Cotswold Teak, we want you to be delighted with your garden furniture; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all teak products are returned in their original, unassembled condition with all protective packaging intact.

Package Your Items
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original boxes, ensuring all components are secured to prevent damage during transit back to our Cotswolds warehouse.
Arrange Collection or Postage
For smaller accessories, use a tracked courier service; for larger teak sets, we can arrange a professional furniture collection for a nominal fee.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our resale standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
